Introduction
Each project starts with an introduction to the client. The meeting preferably takes place at the location in question: the existing house to be renovated or the plot where a new house is being realized. This way, we get an insight into the life of the client. During the meeting, all wishes are discussed, including those that may initially seem unachievable. In the case of a business project, the strategy, vision, and values and norms are examined in advance.
Masterplan
Based on the initial brief and meeting with the client, a masterplan is developed. The master plan aims to surprise the client and show the possibilities. Various alternatives may also be presented as options to the masterplan, ensuring that the the client’s wishes are accurately translated.
Final Design
After presenting the designs, a final choice is made. Aspects such as budget and technical challenges are considered and elaborated. STUDIO DESIGN LO strives to stay as close as possible to the client’s dream scenario.
Implementation Design
On finalization of the agreed design the preparation is made for execution of the plan. In consultation with the client, subcontractors and suppliers are selected, and a schedule and project plan is created.
Start renovation
The start of the construction is carefully supervised by STUDIO DESIGN LO by regularly overseeing the process and quality plan on-site. Clients can also approach Ester and Lubna at any point to discuss questions or other detail. STUDIO DESIGN LO aims to create a seamless and smooth running project for each client, ensuring their experience is worry free and enjoyable.
Delivery
When it is time for delivery of the project STUDIO DESIGN LO ensures that a personal touch applies to all aspects in the lead up to the reveal for the client. From styling, cleaning, moving, to the decoration with candles and fresh flowers, no effort is spared to make the delivery a unique once in a lifetime experience.
Aftercare
On completion of the project, we remain available to our clients. Whether it be for further styling or staging recommendations, or for the sourcing of a suitable artwork or other special object for the interior, STUDIO DESIGN LO will readily assist.
